Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit secures your permanent jewelry appointment and is applied towards your final purchase. Rescheduling/Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to best serve all our clients. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. 60-Day Warranty We stand by our work! Permanent jewelry purchases include a 60-day warranty. If your piece needs reattachment or repair due to a welding issue within those 60 days, we will fix it free of charge. Warranty Exclusions: Please note the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, desired adjustments to chain length, or loss of your jewelry. Important Note: We custom-fit and carefully weld each piece before you leave to ensure its security. However, permanent jewelry, while durable, should be handled with care. Post-Warranty Repairs If your jewelry requires repair outside of the warranty period, a welding fee of $15 per piece will apply. We appreciate your understanding!
