Shipping Policy:

 

1. Shipping Methods and Timelines:

   We offer standard shipping to all destinations within the U.S. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

2. Order Processing Time:

   Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer for custom orders as well as during peak seasons or holidays.

 

3. Shipping Costs:

   We offer free standard shipping on all order $75.00 or more. For expedited shipping, additional charges may apply based on the order weight and destination.

 

4. Shipment Tracking:

   All orders include tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package by visiting USPS.com and entering your tracking number.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions:

   We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the U.S. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Return Policy:

 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   We accept returns for the following reasons:

   - Defective or damaged products

   - Incorrect items received

 

 

2. Return Timeframe:

   To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this timeframe may not be accepted.

 

3. Return Process:

   To request a return, please contact our customer support team at Shoplovehate@gmail.com. A representatives will guide you through the return process. 

 

4. Return Shipping:

   For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. 

 

5. Refunds or Replacements:

   Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 72 Hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you prefer a replacement item, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.

 

6. Return Condition:

   Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please include all accessories, tags, and documentation that were included with the product.

 

7. Exclusions:

   The following items are not eligible for returns:

   - Personalized or custom-made items unless damaged

   - Items marked as final sale

 

8. Refund Processing Time:

   Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
